Our Team
Molly Mattingly, MPT, DHS, CMTPT, ASTYM Certified, is the founder of M² Physiotherapy and has been practicing physical therapy for over 25 years. Her entire career has been focused on a manual approach to musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy Studies and her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 1999. She furthered her education with a Doctorate of Health Science focusing in Craniofacial Pain from the University of Indianapolis in 2014. For over a decade, Dr. Mattingly has focused her skills on treating craniofacial pain including TMJ, Migraines, Headaches, Sinus Pain, Ear Pain, Facial Pain. However, she also continues to treat other related and unrelated musculoskeletal problems with the same hands on approach to healing.
She enjoys being a guest lecturer for the physical therapy programs at the University of Indianapolis and Indiana University. She delivers continuing education seminars with a focus on Craniofacial pain for other physical therapy and health professionals in the Midwest region.
Dr. Mattingly resides in Carmel with her husband and two children. She enjoys an active lifestyle with running and yoga. She has a passion for travel and exploring the world with her family. She feels blessed to serve the community by assisting in their health and well-being.
Punam Hills, PT, DPT, OCS, CMTPT is a physical therapist treating various musculoskeletal conditions for over 15 years. As an orthopedic certified specialist, she has focused her practice in the orthopedic outpatient setting and specialized in treating patients with orofacial pain.
Dr. Hills believes in treating patients with a holistic approach by placing an emphasis on patient education and working closely with care teams to provide interdisciplinary care.
She continues to be engaged in the latest treatment methods and practices through attending and presenting at educational offerings. Dr. Hills has presented at numerous dental study groups, residency programs and dental offices regarding TMJ dysfunction. She also has attended multiple courses on temporomandibular dysfunction, including one recently by Dr. Mariano Rocabado, the leading expert in craniofacial therapies.
Dr. Hills holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from IUPUI and a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Indianapolis. She is certified in Graston Technique (effective option for managing scar tissue, muscle tightness and fascial restrictions), dry needling and a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.
She resides in Zionsville with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading and exercising.
Maria Tecua is our office manager. She is currently working on her master’s in health informatics at the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering. In 2024, she received her bachelor’s in health sciences with a minor in Spanish from IU Indianapolis. As the office manager at M² Physiotherapy, Maria coordinates the office scheduling, patient communications, marketing, billing, and social media.
In her free time, Maria enjoys reading, working out, playing chess, and spending time with her family. She is excited to have joined the M² Physiotherapy Team in 2024 to assist in their journey as they grow and provide wellness to others.
Hannah Enochs PT, DPT, OCS is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, further specializing in pelvic health and temporomandibular dysfunction. She received her Bachelors of Exercise Science at Ball State University, where she began teaching fitness classes and found a love for teaching movement and anatomy. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Indiana University, and completed her Orthopedic Residency through the University of Indianapolis and Body One Physical Therapy.
Dr. Enochs began her training in temporomandibular dysfunction, cervicogenic headaches, and cervical dysfunction during residency, and has completed advanced training in pelvic health, pregnancy, and postpartum conditions through Herman and Wallace. She is also Graston (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) certified.
Dr. Enochs has found that there is a significant relationship between pelvic floor, lumbopelvic, and temporomandibular dysfunction, and enjoys focusing on these areas of care that can have such a significant impact on patients’ lives. She focuses on providing care that combines hands on treatment, patient education, and retraining movement and breathing patterns to optimize function.
She resides in Indianapolis with her husband and three children and enjoys listening to music with her family, spending time outside, yoga, and running.
Dr. Lina Avendaño, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, is a Manual Orthopaedic Physical Therapist specializing in orofacial pain, temporomandibular disorders (TMD), and airway-informed physical therapy. She holds a Master of Health Science (MHS) and a transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Indianapolis, as well as a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy from Bellin College of Health (FAAOMPT). She is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a Certified Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) through the International Spine and Pain Institute (ISPI).
With over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Avendaño has completed advanced coursework and mentoring on temporomandibular disorders (TMD), myofunctional treatment, breathing, airway, and sleep-related dysfunctions. Her background in spine care, headache and upper cervical disorders enhances her ability to treat orofacial pain and airway dysfunction through and whole -systems lens.
Her integrative approach combines manual therapy, airway and breathing retraining, capnography-guided feedback, and neuromuscular re-education to address the complex interaction between the jaw, neck, and airway systems. She also provides pediatric airway and myofunctional therapy, focusing on early intervention and growth-oriented care, and works with patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing, and airway-related sleep disturbances.
Dr. Avendaño has served as the Chair of the Indiana Manual Therapy section, lectured at state-level conferences and served as an Assistant Lab Professor and guest lecturer at the University of Indianapolis and Bellin College of health. She is an active member of the APTA, AAOMPT, and the American Academy of Physiological Medicine and Dentistry (AAPMD), where she promotes interdisciplinary collaboration with dental, ENT, and sleep specialists.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys cultural travel, photography, and trail running. Originally from Colombia, she has made Indiana her home for over twenty years.
